  • Weekly 1x1s

    Each participant gets access to a coach that they can meet weekly with virtually or in -person

  • Weekly Group Lessons

    Directed by head instructor Roy James, each participant assembles in our virtual group class to cover weekly lessons

  • Weekly Embodiment Classes

    Every week on Sundays, participants meet for art, movement or community classes led by different specialty teachers. i.e. painting, yoga, somatic.

  • Community

    Each participant gains entry to the established community that forms with the programs. Monthly group event chat and in-person gatherings take place at Monica's Porch

This beginner/intermediate level program was a perfect introduction to the concepts of self-discovery and empowerment. The weekly lesson structure provided just the right amount of knowledge and accountability, and both coaches ensured their involvement in our personal growth with customized and engaging 1x1s. The additional embodiment classes with guest mentors was an added bonus to the curriculum. I'm ending this program with a gained confidence in identity and sense of purpose.
