Join us for a transformative workshop guided by Tim Bray, where you'll explore "parts work" or inner-child work. This session will begin with an introduction to connecting with your inner child or inner parts, followed by a deeply healing guided meditation. This experience may evoke strong emotions, so come prepared to be vulnerable and wear something comfortable. Rest assured, this is a safe and supportive space where you can embrace your journey to healing and self-discovery.

What to bring to the Meditation

  • A Journal and pen
  • Wear something comfortable
  • Tissue if necessary (we have some too!)
  • An open mind and heart ♥️

This is a safe, sacred place to be vulnerable with yourself, and we take every measure to make sure everyone is comfortable and heard.

Sharing is optional, and Tim will provide guided time to share if that is something you wish to do. Otherwise, your healing is your own, and we do our best to provide a private, peaceful space.

Hey ya’ll! My name is Tim Bray I’m a Connection Coach and a Parts Integration (PI) healer. After working many years in tech as a UX Designer, I realized there was something huge missing in my life: the feeling of lacking a purpose and impact in the world. I’ve felt the most fulfilled in my life being in service and working compassionately with others to make positive leaps in their lives. I do that now by helping both men and women find connection in the world through my Connection Coaching practice and connection with themselves through Parts Integration healing. I know how challenging every aspect of life can be (even on a daily basis). I also know how beautiful it can be when we are aligned with ourselves and the world around us. I hope I can be a part of your quest for alignment, watch you grow and seize all of the beauty life has to offer!
